Folios 209-210: Messrs Richard & Abraham Toulmin (Navy Agents), Surrey Street, Strand. Report that Captain Israel Pellew's accounts for HMS Cleopatra have still not been passed because of the objections raised by the Navy Board because he has not specified on whose orders some Supernumeraries were borne on the ship's books. As Captain Pellew is in America, asks if these accounts can be passed and the Captain will produce the necessary orders before he next passes any further accounts.
