Report that Captain Israel Pellew has been unable to pass his accounts for HMS Cleopatra because of a discrepancy raised by the Navy Board concerning several of the Supernumeraries. As Captain Pellew is likely to be abroad for some time, ask if the objection can be dispensed with.
