Folios 261-262: Charles Papps Price, HMS Badger, Isles St Marcou [Îles Saint-Marcouf].Reports that his boat brought off from our Rendezvous on the coast a messenger with letters for General Frotte, He has sent HMS Fly Tender with him to Portsmouth and has informed Mr Woodford. He has likewise, as per instructions from Sir Richard Strachan sent the two prisoners with the evidence (belonging to HMS Sandfly) to Portsmouth. as per the directions of Sir Richard Strachan of the 23 July 1798, and has directed HMS Fly to return with provisions for these Islands.
