Folios 257-258: Charles Papps Price, HMS Badger, Isles St Marcou [Îles Saint-Marcouf]. Reports that he has sent HMS Grand Falconer to Portsmouth with one of the Chiefs of the Correspondence, with letters for His Majesty's Ministers. He has also sent, under Convoy of Lieutenant [John] Chilcott, the Flibustier [Le Flibustier], French Lugger-rigged Gun-Boat, or No 13, taken on 7 May 1798, the weather not being favourable before. [Reports on the Gun-Boats sailing qualities].
