Folios 251-252: Charles Papps Price, HMS Badger, Isles St Marcou [Îles Saint-Marcouf]. Reports that he has received the Chevalier Brulare one on the principal Officers of the Correspondence in Normandy, having some dispatches for Government. He has sent them in HMS Champion's Tender to Portsmouth.
