Folios 246-247: Charles Papps Price, HMS Badger, Isles St Marcou [Îles Saint-Marcouf]. Inform of his being very short of provisions and water to a very long day season here. He has directed HMS Fly and HMS Champion Tenders (in case it continues to blow fresh easterly as it does this day) to go over to Portsmouth for a supply, and to return immediately. He has not been able to learn any information but he can observe no particular movements in this bay.
