Folios 232-233: Charles Papps Price, HMS Badger, Isles St Marcou [Îles Saint-Marcouf]. He acquaints that his Boat yesterday brought off dispatches from our Rendezvous in Normandy and he is directed by Sir Richard John Strachan to forward them by his Majesty's Cutter the [HMS?] Pigmy, under cover to Mr Wyndham. He encloses the letter he received from his messenger.
Folios 234-235: enclosure with folios 232-233. [Letter in French] Gabriel, Isles St Marcou [Îles Saint-Marcouf]. Dated 21 May 1798. Copy letter [?] Captain Price Commander [?] Royalists en Normandie.
