On passing Isaac Pellew's accounts for HMS Cleopatra 25 July 1797 to 31 July 1798,there is a missing muster book for November 1797.As Pellew has sailed for the Americas, they have sent by packet for the muster book and request that directions are given for the accounts to be dispensed with until the book is sent home.
