Folios 253-254: Stephen Poyntz, HMS Camilla, Portsmouth Harbour. Requests that the Ships Company be compensated for short allowance money due to them from 1795, when their rum and bread rations were reduced. The request to the Victualling Board has resulted in no redress so asks for their involvement.
