Folio 187: William Pierrepont, HMS Naiad, Spithead. Acknowledges the appointment of David Mitchell, Carpenter on HMS Inspector to the same position on HMS Naiad. Reports that he has not taken up post and requests another carpenter is appointed to join as soon as possible as HMS Naiad will soon be needed for Channel service.
