Folios 125-126: William Pierrepont, HMS Naiad, Deptford. Reports that warrant officers appointed to serve on his ship have been prevented from joining by not being regularly superseded by other officers. They are John Howell, Boatswain on board HMS Brilliant and John Cook, Gunner on HMS Savage. Requests they remove this obstacle.
