Description

Folios 114-115: Arthur Phillip, HMS Swiftsure, Tagus. States that he separated, by signal, from Rear Admiral Lord Hugh Seymour with orders to proceed to Lisbon. Advises that he did not fall in with any other vessels or cartels. The cartels were bound to Cadiz with the prisoners taken by Rear Admiral Harvey. Reports his arrival at Tagus and he is preparing to join Admiral Sir John Jarvis off Cadiz when he sails on Monday. Encloses a condition report [item not included].
