Folios 110-111: Arthur Phillip, HMS Swiftsure, Spithead. Acknowledges receipt of Orders to fit for foreign service and their letter dated 18 February 1797. States that the letter from the Marines who were previously on HMS Salisbury was written without his knowledge. Advises that he has written to the Navy Board several times requesting that the Seamen and Marines on HMS Salisbury be paid their wages.
