Folios 59-60: Thomas Peyton, HMS Minerva, Portsmouth Harbour. States he has been informed by the Builder that the Navy Board have directed HMS Minerva be taken into dock for necessary repairs. Outlined damages and repairs that were made in winter in 1795 and requests that his recommendations for repairs are taken into account.
