Folios 199-200: Charles Dudley Pater, HMS Porcupine, Reports that as per the orders of Vice Admiral Robert Kingsmill he sailed yesterday morning (it being the second attempt) to gain Cork Harbour from Waterford with four Transports and five sail of Merchants vessels bound to Newfoundland. [gives details of the weather] which forced him into Milford with all the Convoy safe and he will sail as soon as the weather permits.
