Folios 191-192: Thomas Parr, on board HMS Zealand, at the Nore.Reply to letter dated 8 December 1797 respecting the case of Marine Clothing that was put on board HMS Braakel [HMS Brakel] to be forwarded to HMS Venerable. He informs thta it was by order of Admiral Skeffington Lutwidge, put on board a Chatham Lighter No 1 or No 2, to be forwarded to Yarmouth - The Lighter was otherwse loaded with Anchors, Cables etc. for the North Sea Fleet & should rather appashord and it was delivered at Yarmouth with the other part of the Lighter Cargo.
