Folios 188-189: Thomas Parr, on board HMS Zealand, at the Nore. States Mr Spencer having been received on board by your introduction he trouble you with the enclosed. Extracts from HMS Comet's Books have been sent for, and the answer returned is (not to be found) The enclosed Sir sent by you to the Navy Office may be a means of recovering his Pay for HMS Comet, to which he is much in want.
