Folios 153-154: George Parker, HMS Santa Margarita, Belfast Loch. Reply to etter dated 23 November 1797 acquainting him of their Lordship's displeasure at his having taken the 28 Men from the Polly Tender, He informs that Lieutenant Wilby Commander of the said Tender, has acquainted him with the mutinious behaviour of some of the men on board, whose whish it was to have taken the Tender from him; in consequence of which he received them on board as Supernumeraries, with an intention of delivering them to the Flag Ship on his return to England at which time he was in daily expectation of receiving orders to return to England to have the ship refitted & the Ship's Company Paid.
