Folios 268-269: Henry Pemberton, Regulating Officer, Chester. Is sending in his weekly returns for July 28 1795. Has received the orders about the embargo of vessels and will obey the orders to attend at Hamptwich on 21 and Church Hulme on 26 August 1795. Lieutenant Mott is on the Duke of Bridgewater canal.
