Folios 242-243: Pemberton, Chester. [Regulating Officer] Has sent on the order of 15 April 1795 for Captain Bowen of Denbighshire who has set off. Flintshire has sent nearly two thirds. Lieutenant Phillips has set off there. Two Petty Officers need to be appointed to improve the service. he paid conduct money for the first 16 men. he asks for more for travelling men. he needed the Magistrate and Military to set the second group off with a Petty Officer who will need a return fare. One Flintshire man died yesterday so he asks for expenses for the funeral.
