Folios 268-269: Edward Pellew, HMS Arethusa, Spithead. He says that in the recent action the tracks of the carronades all came off apart from 2 which were of iron on the orders of the Duke of Richmond. He says that it is essential that the others are replaced. He reports other improvement needed which have been identified following the recent action.
