Folios 319-320: J O'Bryen, Bath. Sends 3 papers [one not present] for consideration. One is a letter from a seaman who served under his command in the West Indies and deserted, together with statements about giving himself up. He also encloses a 4th paper [not present] and requests that the case of Jonathon Fullarton is considered.
Folio 320A: enclosure with folios 320-321. Admiralty paper slip.
Folio 321: enclosure with folios 319-320. Letter dated 30 November 1815 from John Fullerton, at Mr Sharpe, the sign of The Black Horse, Tower Hill, London, to [J O'Bryen]. He served for 5 years under Captain O'Bryen, and deserted on 18 April 1803. He surrendered to Captain Dench of HMS ?Nautilus about 7 years ago. Requests help in getting his name off the R list.
