Folios 188-189: Dermot O'Reilly, [?}, near Saltash. Understands that his accounts as Commander of HMS Lyra cannot be passed as the certificate has not been received in the Admiralty Office for the period 23 September 1813 to 12 August 1814. He regularly sent from the ship and he cannot account for the absence. HMS Lyra has been paid off so he cannot now remedy the loss. Requests the certificate is granted.
