Folios 416-417: Commodore Sir Edward William Campbell Rich Owen, HMS Saint Lawrence, Kingston. Reports that bHMS Psyche was put out of Commission yesterday. An extract from Captain Peter Fisher's report that states that only four of her Gun Carriages are complete. He will lose no time in communicating with Major-General Sir E P Robinson on the subject.
Folio 418: enclosure with folios 416-417: Peter Fisher, HMS Psyche. Extract from Captain Fisher's letter respecting HMS Psyche's stores completed and good order. "Only four Gun Carriages for HMS Cou 24 pounders are yetb made, and these still six Carronades carriages waiting to complete, Captain Crutteuden[?] who has the superintendance of the Carriage Department, has sent to me to say he has orders to discontinue all this day"
