Folios 397-398: enclosure with folios 395-396: Thomas Elliott, HMS Niagara, Kingston. To Commodore Sir Edward William Campbell Rich Owen. Dated 24 June 1815. Enclosed copy of his acting order.
Folios 399-400: enclosure with folios [397-398] 395-396: Sir James Lucas Yeo KB., HMS Saint Lawrence, Kingston. To Mr Thomas Elliott, Master's Mate, HMS Prince Regent. Orders to go on board HMS Niagara as Acting Lieutenant.
