Folios 235-236: Dowell O'Reilly, HMS Lyra, Motherbank. Pursuant to directions from Admiral Sir Edward Thornbrough. He encloses a Log [not present] of the proceedings of HMS Lyra from 27 May 1815 to 9 July 1815, Weekly Account [not present] and a Statement of her defects. He also states he received on board at Gibraltar a freight of Two Hundred & Sixty three Thousand, two hundred and seventy five Spanish Dollars.
Folio 237: enclosure with folios 235-236: Defects of HMS Lyra. Dated 9 July 1815. Signed Dowell O'Reilly and Robert[?] Freeman - Carpenter.
