Folios 212-213: Dowell O'Reilly, HMS Lyra, Spithead. Reports his arrival form Naples with dispatches in pursuance of orders from Lord Exmouth dated 26 May 1815, copy enclosed.
Folios 214-215: enclosure with folios 212-213. Letter dated 26 May 1815 by Admiral The Right Honourable Edward Barron, Exmouth KC, [Edward Pellew, Viscount Exmouth] HMS Boyne, Naples Bay. to Dowell O'Reilly, HMS Lyra. Orders to proceed to Spithead with the dispatches. You are to run through the Gut of Gibraltar without stopping if possible.
