Folios 231-232: James O'Bryen, Plymouth. Thomas John Ley, 1st Lieutenant of HMS Orion which is being paid off, has been strognly recommended to him. If Mr McPherson cannot remain as 1st, asks for Mr Ley. If he [Lord Poulett] wishes Lieutenant Ingham [sp?] to come, he will receive him.
