Folios 219-220: Robert O'Brien, Regulating Captain, Limerick. Acknowledges receipt of Admiralty letter of 9 April enclosing Captain Richbell's letter with a certificate signed James O'Brien R[?] Captain purporting to be protection for Mark Darley, of whom he has never heard. No person was raised at Limerick nor were any substitutes tendered for any person. Believes documents must be forgeries and returns all of them. (No document with letter).
