Folios 213-214: Robert O'Brien, Regulating Captain, Limerick. As had a greater number of men and boys on subsistance at the Rendezvous than could be cared for by the Gang to prevent desertion contacted Vice Admiral Thornbrough. He ordered The Earl Spencer to come into the Shannon, which she did on 6 April. On 7th sent on board those listed on the enclosed schedule (not with letter). States the service at Limerick is much impeded without a Tender. Also encloses Weekly Return (not with letter).
