Folios 392-393: Edward William Campbell Rich Owen, HMS Clyde, the Downs. Encloses a letter from a j Cerron of Moreton Hampstead in Devon who he says is an escaped Prisoner from the Isle of France and who seeks his freedom, the man has obviously been involved in mercantile intrigue but appears honest.
Folio 393: enclosure with folios 392-393. Admiralty Note dated 21st August 1810 a letter from Captain Edward William Campbell Rich Owen, HMS Clyde, the Downs. Requesting the release of a Prisoner of War J Cerron has been retained elsewhere.
