Folios 390-391: Edward William Campbell Rich Owen, HMS Clyde, the Downs. On the orders of Vice-Admiral Campbell, Commander in Chief, the Downs, is to embark troops for the Expedition to the Scheldt by means of the Deal boats, including Nicholas Lockyer of HMS Hound, Robert Fowler of HMS Crocus, Henry Hume Spencer of HMS Pandora who were ordered to assist, gives details of the arrangements for loading the men from the beach and the arrangements for pay.
