Folios 416-417: Edward William Campbell Rich Owen, HMS Clyde,Walmer Road. He encloses a Habeus Corpus document for William Masters. At Dungeness a signal was made from the shore and the Habeus Corpus Officer states that Masters was bought by the Constable on the authorty of Mr. Cobb, a Magistrate of New Romsey. The man has refused to to enterthe service and the Captain asks for directions and has left Masters on board the Prince of Orange.
