Folios 385-386: Edward William Campbell Rich Owen, HMS Clyde, the Nore. He is sending this letter by a Post Office Express to report his arrival wirh HRH the Duchess of Brunswick. He will procure a Pilot and proceed to Gravesend. Before leaving the River Eider on Monday 29 June he saw a large convoy passing on the edge of the [Mells?] Bank and entering the river on the east side.
