Folios 379-380: Edward William Campbell Rich Owen, HMS Clyde, entrance to River Eider. As orderd he has sailed from the Downs, but only able to reach Heligoland, took on Pilots for the Eider and opened the sealed instructions. He will follow the oders and take the first of the morning tides.
