Folios 357-358: Edward William Campbell Rich Owen, HMS Clyde, the Downs. Reports that Henry Davidson was impressed from the [Malornia?] a West India ship that had been in Falmouth five or six weeks, presuming the voyage completed and the Carpenter had no affadvit.
Folios 359-360: enclosure with folios 357-358. Letter dated 11th May 1807 byThomas Ferguson, 3 George Yard, Lombard St. to B. Tucker Esquire. He is transmitting the Articles of the vessel the [Malornia?} of London proving Henry Davidson is the bonafide Carpenter. Therefore on 29th April 1807, heshould not have been impressed by an Officer from HMS Clyde. Davidson currently possesses his Indenture and affidavit and his immediate discharge is requested.
