Folios 245-246: William Ogilvy, 29 Wimpole Street. The accounts of HMS Magicienne between 1st May 1800 and 16th May 1802 have been prevented from passing owing to some omissions with Boatswains and Carpenters stores. Those officers have passed these accounts and there is no objection to the passing of his own. Asks for a dispensing order to the accounts.
