Folios 390-391:Robert Dudley Oliver, HMS Melpomene, Spithead. Lord Nelson has advised him to request the complement of his ship is made up as 14 Men were discharged into other ships which were going on foreign service. He peviously made this request to Sir Isaac Coffin when his ship was ordered on foreign service.
