Folios 382-383: Robert Dudley Oliver, HMS Melpomene, Portsmouth Harbour. He asks for Lieutenant Richard Pole to be appointed to his ship to replace Lieutenant Arthur Lysaght.
Folios 384-385: Enclosure with foliod 382-383 dated 14 June 1805. Admiralty note. Appoint Lieutenant Edward Morris of HMS Orion to HMS Melpomene. Lieutenant Lysaght to be discharged without waiting to be superceded and put on half pay.
Folios 386-387: enclosure with folios 382-383 dated 14 June 1805. Admiralty note. Direct Lieutenant Lysaght to be discharged from HMS Melpomene but postpone Lieutenant Morris's commissioin from HMS Orion.
