Folios 314-315: Edward William Campbell Rich Owen, HMS Immortalité, off Boulogne. As directed by Rear Admiral Bartholomew Samuel Rowley he returns the papers relating to Miles Amber and reports he was impressed because he had been more than three years at sea.
Folios 316-317: enclosed with folios 314-315. Letter dated 13 June 1803 from John Withers, 125 Fenchurch Street, London, to the Admiralty. Seeks the discharge of his apprentice Miles Amber, who was impressed from his vessel the Priscilla by a boat from HMS Lynx in Woolwich Reach and is now aboard HMS Immortalité. Encloses [not present] his indenture.
