Folios 310-311: Edward William Campbell Rich Owen, HMS Immortalité, off Boulogne. Reports that apprentice Thomas Ford was impressed because he had been longer at sea than the time limit set by the Act of Parliament to protect apprentices.
Folios 312-313: enclosed with folios 310-311. Letter dated 13 June 1803 from Daniel le Gowerden, 5 Beer Lane, London, to the Admiralty. Seeks the discharge of apprentice Thomas Ford, now aboard HMS Immortalité, encloses [not present] his indenture and baptism certificate.
