Folios 281-282: Edward William Campbell Rich Owen, HMS Immortalité, the Downs. As requested, briefly states the cases of 10 impressed men. Mentions HMS Aramanthe, Rear Admiral Edward Thornbrough. [Those not mentioned in the enclosures are Robert Mills and Luke Spence].
Folios 283-284: enclosed with folios 281-282. Letter dated 10 May 1803 from Francis Engleheart to the Admiralty. Seeks the discharge of John Oak Wooten, who was impressed when he visited Gravesend and is now aboard HMS Immortalité. Encloses [not present] a copy of an entry from the parish register and an affidavit showing he is under the age of 16.
Folios 285-286: enclosed with folios 281-282. Letter dated 20 May 1803 from Thomas Elder, London, to the Admiralty. Seeks the discharge of James Crow, Carpenter of the Rich of Newcastle, who was impressed into HMS Immortalité in the River Thames, encloses his affidavit as to the facts.
Folio 287: enclosed with folios 285-286. Affidavit dated 10 May 1803 and sworn by Thomas Elder, Master of the Rich of Newcastle, before Justice of the Peace Richard Foley at the Public Office, Shadwell. Swears that Carpenter James Crow was impressed from the vessel on Saturday and is aboard HMS Immortalité, Captain Edward William Campbell Rich Owen.
Folio 288: enclosed with folio 289. Affidavit dated 13 May 1803 and sworn by Paul Stephenson of Sunderland, Master of the Helen of London, before Justice of the Peace Richard Foley at the Public Office, Shadwell. Swears that Carpenter John Newbegin was impressed by an officer from HMS Immortalité despite his producing an affidavit that he was the ship's carpenter.
Folios 289-290: enclosed with folios 281-282. Letter dated 13 May 1803 from Paul Stephenson to the Admiralty. Seeks the discharge of John Newbegin, Carpenter of the Helen of London, who was impressed on 7 May and is aboard HMS Immortalité in the River Thames. Encloses an affidavit and [not present] ship's articles.
Folio 291: attached to folio 292. Affidavit dated 10 May 1803 and sworn by Wyvill Park of North Shields, Master of the Nancy of Newcastle, before Justice of the Peace Richard Foley at the Public Office, Shadwell. Swears that on 7 May the vessel was boarded by an officer from HMS Immortalité in the River Thames who impressed apprentices Thomas Mackintosh, William Wallace, Andrew Anderson and George Greag, all bound by indentures to ship owner Thomas Scott of North Shields.
Folio 292: enclosed with folios 281-282. Petition dated 12 May 1803 from Whyvill Park, Master of the Nancy of Newcastle, to the Admiralty. Seeks the discharge of four men, Thomas Mackintosh, William Wallace, Andrew Anderson and George Greag, all apprentices to ship owner Thomas Scott, who were impressed by an officer of HMS Immortalité in Long Reach.
Folios 293-294: enclosed with folios 281-282. Letter dated 17 May 1803 from James Webster, master rigger, Jamaica Row, Rotherhithe, to the Admiralty. Seeks the discharge of his partner, Samuel Stewart, who was impressed and is now aboard HMS Immortalité, Captain Edward William Campbell Rich Owen, despite the fact that he is named in the Rigger's Protection issued by the Admiralty on 11 April. 17 May 1803. Affidavit sworn by James Webber, master rigger, before Justice of the Peace Thomas Rowcroft at the Guildhall, London. Swears to the truth of the preceding letter.

Folio 297: enclosed with folios 295-296. Affidavit dated 9 May 1803 and sworn by John Shepperd of North Shields, Master of the Mary of Newcastle, before Justice of the Peace George Story at the Public Office, Shadwell. Swears that his apprentice John Brown was impressed despite signing indentures on 5 April.
