Letter dated 5 April 1803 by George Garland, Poole, sending an indenture , with affidavit affixed, and saying that due to 'some trifling informality' the young man had been impressed, and Captain O'Neill is unwilling to liberate him - though he is only 15 years old - without the approval of their Lordships. Expresses the gratitude of the town for their having directed the impress to be conducted with 'less severity' than at the beginning.
