Folios 283-284: Terence O'Neil, Rendezvous, Poole. As per article 16 of his instructions he is sending a relevant form, filled in, with apologies for not having sent it at the right time [no form now present]. Postscript notes that the proprietor has been and ostensibly is, a seafaring man, taken out of a passage vessel, and appears to be very serviceable if the document does not give him protection.
