Folios 233-234: Robert Dudley Oliver, HMS Melpomene, off Havre. He has been directed by Rear Admiral Montagu to state the case of H. E. Lankag, said to be a Prussian, and of N. Johanson Fiburg, a Swede. He says no such persons are in the ship and no similar names are on the books. However, someone called Henry Long was discharged on 27 October, said to be a subject of Prussia.
