Description

Folios 288-289: James Oughton, HMS Windsor Castle, Spithead. He asks for an order that lieutenant Salisbury Price Humphries be paid his wages for the period when he was appointed to HMS Isis by Vice Admiral Andrew Mitchell after Lieutenant Francis Gybbon was sent to England and ordered to command HMS Gier.
