Folio 233: Samuel Osborn, HMS Ramillies, Spithead. He writes about the wages and other monies owed Mr James Keenan who is the schoolmaster on board his ship. He encloses his warrant (not enclosed) and observes that at the moment he is receiving the wages of an Able Seaman not that of a petty officer to which he is entitled. He asks for an order to pay the right wages.
