Folios 164-165: Robert Waller Otway, HMS Edgar, Spithead. As requested his lists the six lieutenant that have been on his vessel's books. He adds that as requested by the Admiralty on 27 August. he discharged Lieutenant Bellingham Waddy into HMS Achille which means he now has the proper establishment of lieutenants.
