Folios 160-161: Robert Waller Otway, HMS Edgar, Spithead. He lists Captain Edward Buller and his officers and crew in the margin of his letter. All of whom were on the books of HMS Edgar but were transferred to HMS Achille. He requests guidance of how they are to be treated administratively. At present he has one more lieutenant that the official establishment.
