Folios 218-219: Edward O'Bryen, [Admiralty]. Advises he has seen Mr. Bicknell who is of the opinion that regular documents should be obtained from Mr. Alcot, Advocate, appointed when the order was sent down to Yarmouth for the trial of John Campbell but the trial was put off for some reason. Asks if he can leave town as he suffers inconvenience and expense. Advises he will return should a new trial be necessary. Advises that Mr. Alcot is Purser of HMS Ganges which he believes is at sea.
Folio 220: enclosed with folios 218-219. Letter dated 24 March by Edward O'Bryen to the Admiralty. Encloses the letter agreeable to Mr. Bicknell's ideas.
